UC800 is an Unified Communication Platform and ideal solution to integrate data, voice and video in one product for Edge, Fog and Private Cloud implementation . UC800 provides many standard features such as call forward, call transfer, lines test, forking and unique features such as CPU card redundancy, power module redundancy, automatic call routing in case of CPU failure, failover function, call status monitoring and much more to provide a complete and highly reliable critical communication.

UC800 is a 4U 19" non-standard chassis with add-on cards for CPU, Power Module and VoIP modules of PSTN, GSM, LTE/4G and E1.

With redundant power supplies, redundant CPU card and RAID hard disk mirroring, UC800 can keep your system up and running with a minimum of down time. For business-critical applications adding a redundancy along with supporting a full set of subscriber cards, PSTN, E1, T1, GSM, WCDMA and LTE is a unique package.

When UC800 is equipped with two power supply modules, it can form a redundant power supply. When any one of power supply module fails, it can be seamlessly switched to another power supply module, so even if a single power supply fails, the normal operation of the business system will not be affected. When UC800 is equipped with two CPU card, it can form a dual SIPazon sever with hot standby or can be used as load balancer.

With dual CPU, the failure of any one SIPazon will be automatically taken over by the other CPU to ensure uninterrupted service. Customers with high availability and reliability requirements can benefit UC800 to implement a no-point-of-failure mechanism. The dual-CPU means dual-SIPazon server that can be used as load balancing service and distribute services to each SIPazon on demand, increasing the overall processing capacity and improving reliability. In addition, optional RAID card can compose RAID1. Double RAID can be set up when dual-CPU card a hot standby system, which doubles the database. RAID card can be also used as NAS for external recording to expand audio and video recording.
