HA Ultimate Reliability !

redundancy that never lets you down

What is SIPazon HA?

Ensuring high availability (HA) or server redundancy involves setting up a pair of servers with identical configurations for an Intercom or PA system.

One server consistently operates as the Master, while the other serves as Slave (hot standby). In the event of a main server or network failure, intercom connections automatically shift to the redundant server.

HA functionality is offered with UC800 , UC700, UC600, jNode and SIPazon VM servers. Additionally, HA can be employed in conjunction with a load balancer.

To enable redundancy, specific software licenses must be activated on both the main and redundant servers.

The main server consistently holds the configuration and settings of the intercom system, while the redundant server stays synchronized with the main server to maintain the latest database copy and configurations. In the event of a health check failure on the main server, the redundant server seamlessly takes over. The HA system supports automatic roll-back, and when the main server is restored to a healthy and operational state, the redundant server transitions to hot standby mode.

For basic HA redundancy with a single Ethernet port, three IP addresses are necessary:
